San Luis Valley Health Welcomes First Baby of 2015

It took a few days, but the San Luis Valley’s first baby of 2015 is here. At a healthy seven pounds, one ounce, Emilio Gonzalez was welcomed by his parents Amelia and Joel Gonzalez.
Emilio was born on January 4, 2015 just after 7:00 p.m. at San Luis Valley Health.
“We were very pleased with the care we received, and the doctors and nurses did a great job,” said Amelia.
Joel also added, “I was happy with how everyone took care of my family.”
The couple will reside in Center with their new son.
