Patricia Tafoya, MSN, APN, AGACNP-C joined the SLVH Occupational Medicine Team at the Stuart Avenue Clinic in Alamosa. She is a dedicated and patient-focused Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with proven strengths in acute and critical care and patient advocacy.
Tafoya has her Master of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University, Pueblo, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
Some of her more recent work experience was at Centura Health, Penrose-St. Francis in both Colorado Springs and Denver.
When she is not at work, she enjoys hiking, biking, reading novels, spending time with friends and her two dogs.
