Amy Blakeslee, PA-C, is providing primary care services in the La Jara Clinic. She is also providing Wound Care Services in the General Surgery Clinic at the Regional Medical Center. She is a Colorado native having grown up in Salida and loves working and living in the San Luis Valley. Amy earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in English from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
Amy has a passion for working in rural communities, improving access to quality care and promoting health and wellness at every age. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, gardening, and throwing themed dinner parties.
