Conejos County Hospital is a 17-bed, critical access hospital, and the only emergency service provider in Conejos and Costilla County.
Serving the area since 1963, CCH currently provides for the emergency medical needs of over 3,000 patients each year. With so much need in the 2,514 square mile area, CCH is always strengthening the quality and safety of emergency care delivery.
Conejos County Hospital has also initiated a Hospitalist program, which has been vital in attracting and retaining new physicians, since our primary care providers no longer have to be on call from the hospital.
