Benjamin St. Clair, DO

Dr. St. Clair has joined the allergy clinic at San Luis Valley Health’s Stuart Avenue Clinic in Alamosa. He commutes to the San Luis Valley to see patients a few days per month while also serving patients at the Evans Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, Colorado.

“He has been a great addition to our team,” noted Afton Hughes, BSN, RN, SLVH Allergy Nurse. “His formal education, training, and vast experience is valued by all of us on the team at SLV Health because he really knows how to best treat each patient in their unique situation.”

He completed his fellowship at Walter Reed in Maryland in Allergy/Immunology. His Pediatric Residency was done at Tripler Amry Medical Center in Honolulu. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. He graduated from BYU in Utah with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.

“I am happy to take care of the residents of the San Luis Valley. I enjoy the support of the entire SLVH team and look forward to future relationships with those in need of allergy services,” commented St. Clair.

In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, learning, and mentoring others.
