Kelly Bleakney, a resident of the San Luis Valley, serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Primary Care and the Respiratory Clinic in Alamosa. With roots in the Valley, Kelly began her nursing journey after graduating from Sargent High School and earning her LPN and ADN at Trinidad State. She went on to complete her Bachelor’s degree at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with honors from Regis University in Denver, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kelly brings a wealth of experience and a special interest in caring for patients with mental health and addiction challenges. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys gardening, running, baking, and backpacking.
Above all, Kelly values time spent with her friends, family, and her grandchildren.
