Victoria Kretche-Kitchel DNP, AGACNP-BC, MSNEd, RN, CEN, CFRN

Victoria earned her doctorate and nurse practitioner from the University of Arizona and completed her BSN and MSNEd at the University of Phoenix. Her professional journey began at Otero Junior College in La Junta, and she further expanded her clinical skill set as an RN and Paramedic through Creighton University in Omaha, NE.
With extensive experience in the ICU, Emergency Department, and as a flight nurse, Victoria is recognized as a valuable member of the oncology provider team at SLV Health. “We care about each other here. I love working at SLV Health. The teamwork is amazing, and I feel valued,” she shares.
Her advanced degrees have also enabled her to teach nursing courses at Adams State University, where she enjoys inspiring the next generation of nurses. “I love teaching and growing nurses,” Victoria says. Her guiding philosophy in healthcare is to “meet people where they are at.”
Outside of work, Victoria is a fiber (wool) producer and artist, raising alpacas, goats, and sheep for their wool. She enjoys rock hounding with her husband, and they both share a passion for the outdoors.
