State Survey Finds 'No Deficiencies' at San Luis Valley Health

San Luis Valley Health is proud to announce the results of our most recent survey conducted by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The survey concluded with “no deficiencies or findings,” an exceptional outcome in healthcare compliance, and a testament to our organization’s commitment to excellence. This finding means that after surveyors conducted a comprehensive and unannounced inspection of our entire facility, they did not make a single citation.

Why was this survey conducted?

CDPHE conducts surveys every 3 years at all licensed healthcare providers to ensure that rules and regulations are being followed. Surveys are conducted to certify healthcare providers are following all regulations by the CDPHE and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Healthcare providers that pass their survey are recertified through CDPHE and re-licensed through CMS. All survey findings are publicly available for all licensed healthcare providers.
