13th Annual SLV Nightingale Dinner

Congratulations to nine nurses who were honored at the 13th Annual SLV Nightingale Dinner at Adams State University.  Sandi Beheiry, VWHS; Kelly Sims, RGH; Kayla Beirger, RGH; Kelly Gallegos, SLV Health; Nina Harmsen, SLV Health; Shannon Muniz, SLV Health; Brittany Sours, SLV Health; Denise Trujillo, VWHS; and Michele Mascarenas, VWHS, were recognized for their commitment to their patients and providing excellent nursing care.

Nurse Luminaries that will be recognized at the Colorado Statewide Nightingale Awards Gala on May 13th are:  Kelly Gallegos-Administrative Leadership, Nina Harmsen-Administrative Advocacy, Sandi Beheiry-Clinical Advocacy, and Michele Mascarenas-Clinical Leadership.

The dinner was attended by their family members and co-workers.  Thanks to SLV Health, Rio Grande Hospital, SLV Area Health Education Center, Valley-Wide Health Systems and SLV Federal Bank for their generous donations that made this event possible.
