Bolos and Boots 2021
Bolos and Boots 2021 was a great success! There were over 180 attendees who were eager and happy to celebrate the San Luis Valley Health Foundation’s Seventeenth Annual Bolos and Boots Event. Over $50,000 was raised to help enhance the SLV Health Pharmacy services benefiting our cancer patients. Fun was had by all who attended. Participants enjoyed appetizers and a prime rib dinner with all the fixings. It was catered by Ronnie & Glenda Martinez, community members and owners of the Mountain View Restaurant. The highlight of the evening was honoring the Reed Family Trust for their generous donation to The Foundation. The Consaul Family: Scott, Jean Ann, Makenzie, and Elaina accepted the Adamson Award. Makenzie gave a heartfelt speech honoring Larry and Janice Reed. The Adamson Award is presented each year to a community partner whose contribution of time, service and generous support advances the mission and vision of the SLVH Foundation.

The SLV Health Foundation appreciates their devoted sponsors and participants for making this event possible. Innova sponsored the Adamson Award table and Duane and Lorey Bussey sponsored the opening reception. An auction was held where attendees graciously raised their paddles in support of The Foundation. The foundation board and staff thanks this wonderful community we live in for their generous support throughout the years!
