A Special Holiday Surprise

San Luis Valley Health staff received a Christmas boost this holiday season when SLV Health received a huge baskets of bagged goodies. The accompanying card said the gift was from thankful admirers and was addressed “To Our Heroes at SLV Health.”
In addition, inside each bagged donation was a note that read, “Dear healthcare worker, thank you for the sacrifices you have made and the care you provide to our community in the most difficult of times. God Bless and Keep You Safe.”
The basket was taken to the SLV Health Education Center and is currently being distributed to the employees as they received their COVID vaccine.
