Jill Mellott, OTR

Jill Mellott is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist that graduated from Creighton University in 1996 which included clinicals at Mayo Medical Center in Rochester, MN and Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Her nearly 30 years of experience have been in a wide range of settings including Inpatient Rehab, Acute Care, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, Pediatrics and Administration which has helped her gain knowledge in a full continuum of care. Jill has been serving the San Luis Valley since 2000. She is now focusing on and splitting her time between Acute Care and Inpatient Rehab at the SLV Regional Medical Center and Conejos County Hospital as well as providing Outpatient services in the Monte Vista Pro Therapy Clinic.
